Questions?
Hi, its Natalie here, I’m borrowing the Glee Chat tumblr to post about an Team Starkid interview I’m doing this afternoon.
I’ll be interviewing Clark Baxtresser, Starkid’s live tour musical director. Clark has played on all the Starkid shows since Me and My Dick, and created the new arrangements for the Space Tour and the upcoming Apocalyptour.
Clark is also a member of Jim and the Povolos, along with other Starkid members, and he’s a member of indie pop band TalkFine, who have just released an amazing new single.
If you have any questions for Clark about going on tour with Starkid, how he adapted the musical numbers for the group, what it’s like recording their shows, or any of his own projects, please hit us up on Twitter: @Hypable - or I guess you can do an ask here.

Hey John. I can’t believe I found your tumblr! I’m a big fan of Glee Chat, you guys always make me smile, even when I’ve been upset. I love to here your opinions about Glee and the show. I especially love your ships #Finnofsky and #Frory! I still can totally see them happening. Thanks for making my life better :)

JMOMS Los Angeles
Hey to our Starkid Glee Chat fans,
I’m sitting at home in the middle of the day here in Sydney, bummed that I’m not in Los Angeles attending the West Coast première of the Joe Moses One Man Showses.
Some of my best friends are already at the show, sitting up in VIP with You Know Who, otherwise known as That Guy, or My Favorite Glee Cast Member. But regardless of Himself and the rest of the awesome audience that came out tonight (lots of Warblers, lots of HP fandom celebs, lots of other Starkids), the Showses are going to be amazing and hilarious and I wish I was there to support Joe and all his guests. Every Starkid is my favorite Starkid, but Joe is a particular brand of adorable, fun and crazy-intelligent awesomeness.
If, like me, you are not currently able to attend the show, you should go on Hypable and read Part Two of my HUGE interview with Joe in advance of the LA Showses!
Last week we brought you Part One, but Part Two is my personal favorite. We go in depth with Joe about many topics, including the craft of acting, the Potter canon, his dream world tour, and the negative side to sudden Youtube success. We also discuss his involvement in Team Starkid’s last show, Starship, and how his famous Potion Master’s Corner interviews nearly never happened. He also answers some questions from our Hypable Twitter followers, and we get some scoop about a potential JMOMS in Chicago to co-incide with the opening weekend of Starkid’s new show, Holy Musical B@man.
Objectively, as a Starkid fan, I was drooling over the amount of new Team Starkid info was gained!
Read Part Two in full right here. and let me know what you thought of the interview!

Attention StarGleeks!
Hey Glee Chat fans, Natalie here -
I know lots of you love Darren and, by association, Team Starkid. I did an interview for Hypable with AVPM’s Snape, Joe Moses, who is doing a huge solo comedy show at the El Rey in LA next week. Well, I say “solo”, it’s more of a sketch show featuring many special guests, including Joey Richter, Brian Rosenthal, Devin Lytle, Brant Cox and Tessa Netting. It will also feature some super secret guests who won’t be announced until they show up onstage. Now, I don’t know this for a fact, but check the tags of this post to see my suspicions as to who these special guests might be!
Part one of the interview with Joe is up now and we’ll be posting part two soon! (Part one has lots of info about the show, but personally, I can’t wait to post part two because it’s really interesting about Joe’s career as an actor.)
Read it on Hypable and if you are in the SoCal area, you should attend the show. It is going to be amazing!
I absolutely love this podcast! I had off all week and I spent all of it listening to all the episodes, and I was listening to it at work today and I kept bursting out laughing. Thanks so much for such a great show and keep up the great work! I love ALL of you. :D
Thanks so much! Glee Chat fans are the freaking best!
